Art a Day #1

I read an article about artist who took it upon themselves to create a piece of art a day in order to keep the creativity flowing. I thought this might be a good idea, so I am going to try to create some piece of art everyday, whether it is a sketch or a polished piece. So this is number one.

I will post periodically if I think it is something worth sharing.

I know I want to use this design of the mermaids, but I am not decided on the coloring. I like it with just the tails colored in with a paisley pattern. What do you think?

Feeling really good about the progress I am making. School is almost out, and once it is, I will have a lot more time to work on actually printing some shirts. I'm pretty excited about that.
